These X-VPN Referral Terms govern your participation in our Referral Program
and are incorporated by reference into our Terms and Service. By participating in the Referral
Program in any way, you agree to be bound by these Referral Terms.
Share the referral link to your friend. For each friend you refer, you will
earn 1 point. Every 1 point you earn can be redeemed for 100MB premium data for free.
When you share X-VPN to your friends, they'll get a link to a web page. Once
they get to the web page and tap one "Download" button, an invitation code will be copied to the
clipboard. If a new X-VPN user opens the app with your invitation code on the clipboard, the
referral is successfully completed and you'll earn 1 point.
1. Every user has unlimited chances to get X-VPN referral rewards as referrer.
2. We will add 100MB premium data to your device for every 1 point you redeemed. Please
note the data is only added to your device instead of the account.
3. The redeemed premium data will expire in 15 days after the redeem date. Thus whatever
amount of data left would NOT roll over to the next billing cycle.
4. Every 10 successfully redemptions will place your device on a 15-day restricted period,
which you cannot redeem any data but you are still able to receive the points per your
invites.
5. Premium users can get points in the referral program, but cannot redeem data during
premium subscription.
6. When your friend opens X-VPN, if your invitation code is not on the clipboard, this
referral is not viewed as successful. Your friend can go back to the link page to copy the
invitation code by tapping the "Download" button, and re-open X-VPN.
7. The friend you referred X-VPN to with Android OS older than 6.0 needs to manually copy
the displayed referral code from the website before open X-VPN so the referral points can be
added correctly onto your device.
To be eligible to participate in the Referral Program as a referrer, you must
accept and agree to our Terms of Service, Referral Terms, and Privacy Policy. Any violations
will result in the termination of your ability to participate in the Referral Program.
We reserve the right to withhold or deduct Referral Points if we believe or determine that
you have engaged in any illegal, fraudulent or deceitful behavior, or in violation of the
Referral Terms or any other applicable agreement between you and X-VPN. We will be exempt
from any forms of compensation for loss due to code defects, hardward failures, natural
disasters, force majeure, laws and regulations, or international conventions.
We reserve the right to change the maximum amount of Referral Points. When a change occurs,
your new amount of Referral Points is obtained by multiplying the new maximum amount by the
ratio between the points you have and the maximum amount before the change. We will round
your new Referral Points to the nearest one. It will be rounded up if the rounding digit is
followed by the digit equal or greater than 5 and down otherwise. It is your responsibility
to review the Referral Terms for the current maximum limits.
We may, in our sole discretion, modify the referral rules, redemption conditions, and
rewards, or terminate the Referral Program for any reason at any time. We will be exempt
from any forms of compensation for loss due to termination of the Referral Program.
